There are fuckloads of articles out there on how to get a six pack, but here is what makes this one different:
I’ve been living with a six pack for 10+ years.
Love at first sight.
In fact, I spend my life in single digits body fat levels without worrying about ‘cutting’.
From the outside it looks like the ideal relationship.
Which at times it is, but just as with any other relationship the reality isn’t all puppies and sunshine.
Thanks to online marketing, a six pack has created almost mythical expectations for those who are looking to obtain it.
And high expectations usually lead to disappointing realisations.
If you have to believe all the marketeers, a six pack will magically transform your life into a James Bond movie. One in which you are the confident guy who has the money, kills the bad guy and ends up getting the hot girl at the end.
That sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?
I’m not saying you can’t become a six-pack-rocking Bond, but before you decide to start your life with a six pack, here are 36 eye-opening realisations I want to share with you:

Use It As A Challenge To Become James Bond A Better You
Is having a life with a six pack possible?
Absolutely, but only if you really want it.
Yes, you can get into single digits. Yes, you can change your lifestyle. Yes, you can have your Whiskey shaken, not stirred.
But like anything worthwhile, it’s hard work getting there. You need to be engaged fully.
And it probably will not be what you think it is, but the glass is half full.
If you set it as a goal and feel like it’s something you need to prove to yourself, go get it. But don’t do it to show the world what you are capable of.
Do it to show yourself.
There is never a day you should regret dedicating yourself to becoming a better version of you. Never.
But in the end, ‘life with a six pack’ is NOT about the six pack. It’s about who you have to become in the process.
What could be better than that?
Beast mode ON!

How do you protect your lowerback while training?
Thank you for all the work you guys put into this Website
Hey Paris,
Great question, it depends on what you are working on exactly.
Key point here is to make sure you balance out flexion and extension.

Good topic! To many people care more about how they look than what they can do.If they would focus on progressing compound exercises (pull ups, dips, push ups,leg raises, squats, bridges etc) even without a six pack would look and feel much better.
Hey Rashed,
Thanks for your comment!
Definitely agree with you on that one, looks should be a result of what you do instead of the objective.
A Ferrari without an engine will still be beaten by a Ford with one when they go to the circuit.
