Thanks for this great exercises. Training at Home has started to be kind of boring but you have to stay at home these days, there is no way others .. This Routine is a perfect goal to achieve – for ne in personaly. To get the whole Routine finished, during the Pandemie.

Great article. You can do basically the same exercises (movements) like you do at the gym, the only problem is a lack of weights.

That’s exactly why ‘adapting’ to the circumstances by using gravity to your advantage can allow you to make progress without weights.

This really isn’t a beginner program. I train people and many would struggle to do a push up or lunge. At best it’s intermediate.
